It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Awe of Saint Charles, Illinois, born in Genoa, Illinois, who passed away on August 21, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Awe and Helen Awe (Meyers); and his siblings, Gloria and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Deborah (O'Shea); his children, Bridget Palrang (Luis Garcia) of Franklin, Terrence (Sarah) and Meggan Knod (Adam) of Geneva; his grandchildren, Madelyn Bohne (Scott), Jocelyn (Adira), Simone Awe (Jack), Zachary Palrang, Xavier, Wyatt and Amelia Awe; his great grandchild Charlotte Bohne; and his siblings, Janet Dunning of Michigan and Fred (Cheryl) of Texas. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to St. Peter Catholic Church Food Pantry, 1891 Kaneville Road, Geneva, Illinois 60134.

“I am so sad to hear of Bill death. I went all through school with Bill. Were friends even before school as he lived across the road from my aunt and uncle. A few years ago we went to lunch, I thought he would go in the ditch as he was showing me pictures of his family on a calendar, he was very proud of his family! Rest in peace Bill.”
