She is survived by: her spouse Dale McDowell; her children, Jeffery McDowell (Shelley) of Brownstown and Sandra McDowell of St. Elmo; her siblings, Russell Garrison (Rennie) of Tamms, Norma Tharp of Shelbyville and Carolyn Stogsdill of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Brady McDowell (Rachel) of Effingham and Riley McDowell of Brownstown; and her great grandchildren, Nash and Emree.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Horizons Church or donor's choice.
