He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. Thomas and Betty Thomas Sr.. He is survived by: his pet Bradley; his wife Nancy Thomas; his children, Christopher D. Thomas (Megan) of St. Louis, MO, Steven W. Thomas (Stephanie) of Byrnes Mill, MO and Kirsten Taylor (James) of Oakville, MO; his grandchildren, Dean, Jack, Brooklyn, Henry Thomas and Leon Taylor; and his siblings, David Thomas of Mt. Olive, IL, Cindy Thomas of Hawkins, TX and Jo Marie Yancik (David) of Glen Carbon, IL.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (112 N Border St, Troy, IL 62294).
