He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Netemeyer and Dolores Netemeyer; and his brother David Netemeyer (Linda) of Carlyle, IL. He is survived by: his aunt Jane Netemeyer; his siblings, Mike Netemeyer (Donna) of Carlyle, Steve Netemeyer (Shelley) of Breese, Andy Netemeyer (Becky) of Fernandina Beach, FL., Glenn Netemeyer (Robbin) of Albers, Eric Netemeyer (Cindy) of Albers, Bonnie Netemeyer of New Baden, Gail Mathis (Ken) of Nampa, ID and Jean Sims (Rich) of Caldwell, ID; and his sister-in-law Tracy Aoun (Elias) of Coplay, PA. He is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews plus 19 great nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Shriners Children's Hospital.
