She is survived by: her children, Benjamin Smith (Susie) and Treena Wicoff; her grandchildren, Brittany Allgaier (Austin), Nathan Smith (Betsy), Stephanie Wicoff (Chris), Tyler Smith (Lacey), Abbie Ott (Brice), Johnny Wicoff (Tiara) and Jacob Smith; her sister Edna Gold; and her siblings-in-law, Rodney Smith, Mike Smith and Vicky Jo Baker. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the G. Meredith Funeral Home & Cremation Services (300 S University Ave, Carbondale, IL 62901). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
