She is survived by: her father Tom Green of Bonfield; her children, Payton Josiah Medalis of Bridgeview, Rayna Ellyse Medalis of Bridgeview and Tessa Eryn Medalis of Justice; her husband Jaye Medalis; her sisters, Donna Schweizer (Monte) of Watseka, Keri Horn (Tim) of Bourbonnais and Jeni Corneal of Pensacola, FL; her nieces and nephews, Isabelle, Gabrielle, Lydia, Isaiah, Joseph and Parker; her great-nieces, Olivia and Scarlett; her great-nephew Kayden; and her caregivers, Samantha and Jessica.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:11 PM at the Kankakee - Clancy-Gernon-Hertz Funeral Home (1480 W Court St, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at the same location.
