She is survived by: her husband Eddie Young of Peter's Lutheran Church; her sons, Jeff Lotz (Jeana) and John Lotz (Cindi); her stepsons, David Young (Thao) and Bruce Cox (Kendra); her grandchildren, Tyson Lotz (Brent Law), Krista Lotz-Sharp, Carissa Snow (Andrew), Dalee Young (Alaina Kerske), Emily Young, Brooke Gross (Caleb), Brea Cox (Bryan Lambird) and Karmyn Pavolka (Bryce); her great grandchildren, J. D., Decker, Cavan Snow, Quentin, Spencer Sharp, Layton and Brinlea Gross; her siblings, Bobby Mosley, Linda Dugan (James Hejl) and Donna Knebel (Kevin) of Vandalia, Illinois; and her siblings-in-law, June Opfer, Helen Gray, Susie Thompson, Mary Beth Young and Larry Lotz (Beverly).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Alzheimer's Association, SBL Hospice, SBL Hospital Long Term Care Activity Program or donor's choice.
