Robert E. Meyer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Meyer of Saint Peter, Illinois, who passed away on April 29, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Meyer and Alma Meyer (Runge); his sister Sue Fogler; and his niece Leigh Ann Metzger. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Meyer (Sarah) of Nashville and Cassie Kelsheimer (Troy) of Seminole, Florida; his siblings, Marty Meyer (Rose) of Effingham, Randy Meyer (Vicki) of Bethany and Peggy Bowen (Bruce) of Vandalia; and his grandchildren, Finley, Norah, Presley and William.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (605 E 3rd St, St Peter, IL 62880). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may go to St. Peter's Lutheran School Tuition Assistance Program, or the donor's choice.
