She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles John Metzger Jr. and Madelyn Metzger (Abbott); and her brothers, John Metzger and Robert Metzger. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Lang of Salem; and her children, Chad Bradley (Alisha), Christopher Bradley (Moon) of Austin, TX and Heather Nauert (Kenny) of Centralia. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Salem Lutheran Church (1401 Hawthorn Rd, Salem, IL 62881). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Salem Lutheran Church, where Abby was a devout and faithful member.
