He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur McKinney and Wilma McKinney (Kennedy); his sisters, Lois Harper (Raymond), June Bradford (Fred), Wanda Richardson (Jim) and Judy Byers (Bill); his brothers-in-law, Clarence Drew and Bobbie Slover; and his parents-in-law, Kelley and Dorothy Burgess.
He is survived by: his wife Linda McKinney; his children, Kim Cantrell (Kevin), Wendy Ball (Mark) and Terri Conklin (Danny); his grandchildren, Miranda Dennis (Eric), Kory Cantrell (Katherine), Jesse Cantrell (Carissa), Keith Ball, Ryan Ball (Bobbie), Joseph Morrison (Ashley), Kolton Morrison (Kayla) and Austin Conklin (Sydnee); his great grandchildren, Shiloh, Ellie, Kenlie, Kole, Kenna, Sadie, Sawyer, Lainey, Joshua, Rylynn, Maylee, Waylon, Oaklynn, Colter and Cru; his sister Frances Drew; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Skaj (Charlie), Marsha Heiple (Tom), Sandra Slover and Rick Burgess (Kelly). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Bill's memory are suggested to the Orchardville Fire Department and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
