She is survived by : her father Vurl Easley; her former life partner Michael "Mike" Schwartz; her children, Craig Phillips of Salem, Lori Martin (Jeff) of Salem and David Schwartz (Sonjie) of Carterville; her grandchildren, Blake Phillips (Cassie Phillips), Brooke, Delaney, Shelby Martin, Payton Phillips, David Schwartz II (Tess) and Kasey Schwartz; her great grandchildren, Sloane and Blake Schwartz; and her brothers, Harry Easley (Connie) of Nashville, IL, Rob Easley (Terri) of Salem, IL and Tom Easley of Freeport, Illinois..
