We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, at the age of 80, Darrell Goble of Salem, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Goble and Anna Irene Yates (Goble); his wife Doris Goble (Vordtriede); his stepson Paul Byron Vordtriede; his stepfather Laurel Charles Yates; and his siblings, Jerry Goble, Jerry Wade, Phillis Gray (Yates), Duane Gray, Pat Jamison (Yates), Ronald Jamison, Aaron Yates (Butch), Sandy Lux Hancock (Yates), Gene Lux and John Hancock.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kristin Elizabeth Vordtriede Farrell (Michael) and Tony Vordtriede (Cate); his stepdaughter-in-law Sarah Vordtriede-Patton (Rod); his stepgrandchildren, Keegan Farrell, Caiden Farrell, Ethan Vordtriede, Colin Vordtriede, Sean Vordtriede and Finn Vordtriede; and his stepsisters, Sharon Cash (Bill), Rita Neaville (Danny) and Tracie Fisk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
