She was predeceased by : her parent Cecil Bobbett; her husband Charles "Chuck" Williams; her mother Edna O'Dessa "Dessie" Branson; her stepfather Ed Branson; her brother Warren Bobbett; and her nephew Cecil Bobbett.
She is survived by : her children, Debbie Rankin (Chuck) of Trenton, Georgia, Donna Mcwhorter (Doug) of Pegram, Tennessee, Brent Mann (Theresa Kreke) of Salem, Kim Haltenhoff (Billy Phillips) of Salem, Jon Williams of Salem and Giles Mann (Jessica) of Salem; her uncle Jerry Donoho; her cousins, Bill Rusk (Kathy) and Sharon Hill (Jerry); and her grandchildren, Tiffany Mosby, Nick Rankin, Dylan McWhorter (Amber), David McWhorter (Brenda), Charles Houser (Samantha), Heather Kannall (Justin) and Amanda Sands. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
