He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Coonie" Sullens and Dorathy Sullens (Fyke); and his brothers, Buster Smith and Keith Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pam Sullens; his son Justin Sullens; his siblings, John Smith (Donna), Tim Sullens (Lucretia), La Donna Sullens, Janet Rodgers (Denny) and Penny Maier (Francis); and his nephew Marty Sullens (Krista). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
