The memory of Eugena Kaye Ramsey-Quint of Salem, Illinois, who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 71, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Webb and Avis Webb (Rogers); her stepfather Robert Webb; and her sister Marla Webb. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Quint; her children, Jill Samuel (Les) of Elgin, Illinois, Jacob Ramsey of Olney, Illinois and Kylene Ramsey of Olney, Illinois; her grandchildren, Leslie Samuel III, Madeline Ramsey and Alivia Ramsey; and her sister Theresa Stan of Olney, Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
