He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Davis and Carol Davis (Tate); his brother Douglas Davis of Salem; and his former wife Teresa Davis. He is survived by: his daughter Kaytlyn Davis (Gary England) of Salem; his grandchildren, James Phillips and Aaliyah Phillips; his siblings, Dale (Robin) and Karen Davis of Salem; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
