He is survived by : his parents, Richard Sr. Spencer and Nona Kay Spencer (Jones); his children, Sara Myers (John) of Centralia and Ryan Spencer of Centralia; his grandchildren, Liliana, Oliver, Matilda and Zoey; his brother Troy Spencer (Darlene) of Salem; and the mother of his children Tina Quick.
