He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Telford and Pauline Telford (Sager). He is survived by: his spouse Mikell Kathryn Charlton; his children, Amy Garces (Archie), Joe Telford (Lisa), William Telford, Todd Telford and Shaina Hocking (Eric); his grandchildren, Alison McKinney (Bryan), Andrew Garces, Dr. Anne LaPorte (Ryan), Jay Telford (Erin), Sam Telford (Jessica), Satie Bre Stevenson and Karley Squibb; and his great grandchildren, Kathryn, Thomas, Paul, Violet, Brice, Anna, Jolie, Jemma and Jacey.
