She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Marse and Margarita Marse (Wilder); her husband Kenneth Munsey; her daughters, Penny Jeter and Diana Kay Ralston; and her grandson Kenneth Jeter.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Spencer (Bob) of Salem, Jim Munsey (Stephanie) of Virginia and Ron Munsey of Dix, Illinois; her grandchildren, Misty (Kevin), Jeffrey (Lori), Tyler (Abby), Josh, Danny (Courtney), Andy (Becky), Zach (Micaela), Paisley and Kenny; her brother Jerry Marse (Barbara) of Grayville, Illinois; and her niece Gina Collins. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Nazarene Church (1900 N Broadway, Salem, IL 62881).
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Mission Salem and will be accepted at Sutherland-Rankin Funeral Home, PO Box 97, Salem, Illinois, 62881, who is honored to be of service to Virginia's family.
