He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Fowler and Loretta Fowler (Martin); and his siblings, Ron Fowler and Judy Ashley (John). He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Graham (Cathy); his grandchildren, Cheyenne Graham (Nick Clark) and Phoenix Graham; his sisters, Brenda Fenilli (Sam) and Loretta Blankenship; and his sister-in-law Judy Fowler.
