He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Syrcle and Vivian Syrcle (Dyer); his son John Baird; his great grandchildren, Gage Bell and Tatum Meaker; his siblings, Betty Coultas and Allen Syrcle; his nephew John 'Bobby Syrcle Sr.; and his great grandchild Joann.
He is survived by : his children, Debra Bumba of Bloomington, Teresa Peplow (Jamie) of Metamora and Jim Baird (Karol) of Mason City; his grandchildren, Jessica Meaker, Jeremy Meaker (Amber), Jennifer Flores (Jose), Kristina Baird, Jake Bowers, Adam Bowers, Maya Peplow, Beth Peplow, Jr., Dylan Baird, Taylor Baird and Tyler Baird; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Kaleb, Gabby, Chance and Kyrie; and his siblings, Ralph Syrcle (Joyce) and Margaret McDaniel of Griggsville, IL..
