In loving memory of John A. Rowcliff Sr. of Sandoval, Illinois, who departed this world on March 13, 2026 at the age of 81. John leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Rowcliff and Hazel Virginia Rowcliff (Bull); and his siblings-in-law, Rose Pennington, Buddy, Frank, Bobby Lee and Danny Pennington.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Rowcliff; his children, John Rowcliff, Jr. of Sandoval, Delinda Rowcliff (Donnie) of Sandoval, Connie Rowcliff (Jim) of Centralia and Tammy Bates (Larry) of Junction City; his siblings, Herman Rowcliff, Bill Rowcliff, Christine Johnson and Wilma Ward; his daughter Alice Mae Rowcliff; and his grandson Travis Bierman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and adored his 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
