He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Bolek (Zoellick) and Henry Bolek. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cindy Thomas; and his siblings, George Bolek of Illinois, Dan Bolek of Texas and Katherine Loranger (Bolek) of Texas.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leez Place (2738 N 48th Rd, Sandwich, IL 60548).
