She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur O. Tuttle and Mary Angelina Tuttle; and her siblings, Robert Tuttle, John Tuttle, Wanda Crawford, Marilyn Dienst and Norma Hooker.
She is survived by: her husband John "Bud" Abens; her children, Rick Abens (Diana), Tricia Rutherford (Gary) and Robert Abens (Melissa); her grandchildren, Ann Rutherford Alexander (Brad), Alena Abens Rice (Jarrod), Greg Rutherford (Lauren), Eric Abens (Kate), Philip Rutherford (Chelse), Nathanael Abens (Megan), Bradley Rutherford and Zachary Abens (Rachel); and her sister Beverly Ulvenes. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beverage Family Funeral Home (104 Terry St, Sandwich, IL 60548). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beverage Family Funeral Homes - Sandwich (104 Terry St, Sandwich, IL 60548).
