He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas A. Hayes and Mary Emma Hayes (Huss). He is survived by : his partner Dorina Fitzpatrick; his daughters, Jessica Hayes (Brian Yates) and Nikki Hayes; his grandchild Sylas Saxton; his siblings, Daryl Hayes (Betty), Fredrick Hayes (Nancy) and Denise Krafft (Stephen); his pet Noodles Winchester; and the mother of his children Diana Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
