He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Mary (Schultz) and Thomas Francis Heuer. He is survived by: his close friend Terri Heuer (Pelz); his sons, David Joseph Heuer (Erica) and Todd Thomas Heuer (Deanna); and his siblings, Linda Heuer, Tim Heuer, Benita Heuer and Byron Heuer. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
