He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Beins and Evelyn C. Beins; his daughter Tammy Jo Beins; and his father-in-law E. Wayne Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Beins (Thomas); his son Alan L. Beins (Carrie); his stepchildren, Jason M. Gibbs (Beth) and Jami M. Gibbs (Kerri); his brothers, Larry Beins (Carole), David Beins, Daniel Beins and Billy Beins (Anne); his mother-in-law Barbara A. Thomas; and his sister-in-law Mary Beth Thomas. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends.
