He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stephen Skinner and Joyce Lorraine Randall. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Skinner; his children, Jon Robert Skinner (Shauntel Seaton) and Michelle Ann Skinner (Tim Johnson); his granddaughter Claire Delle Johnson; and his siblings, Lyle Skinner (Ruth Glen), Sharon Skinner Chase (Joe), Steven Skinner (Luise Belmont) and Scott Skinner (Barbara).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beverage Family Funeral Home (104 Terry St, Sandwich, IL 60548). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at 410 Joles St, Sandwich, IL 60548.
