He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Skinner; his children, Jon Robert Skinner (Shauntel Seaton) and Michelle Ann Skinner (Tim Johnson); his granddaughter Claire Delle Johnson; and his siblings, Lyle Skinner (Ruth Glen), Sharon Skinner Chase (Joe), Steven Skinner (Luise Belmont) and Scott Skinner (Barbara).
