He is survived by : his mother Lisa Ramey (Ron); his wife Emily Clemens (Matei); his children, Michael Jr., Elena, Mackenzie, Maddison and Cameron; his father Gregory Clemens (Vicki); his sister Crystal Butler (Dwayne); his nieces, Kelsey and Zoey; his sister Heather Friebele (Andrew); his nephew Chase; his brother Keith Clemens; and his grandparents, Jan Sinclair, Barb Clemens and Carol Reuter.
