With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Norman Otto (Sandwich, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Otto and Dorothy Otto. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jo Neuhauser; his siblings, Allen Otto (Bette) and Carol Swenson (Glenn); and his cousin Gracie Jo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Sandwich Fair.
