She is survived by: her grandchildren, Drue Mathesius (Alissa), Paige Johnson, Keegan Johnson (Emily), Chase Johnson (Breann), Peyton Johnson (Madison), Brooklyn Kunkel and Morgan Kunkel; her great grandchildren, Kash, Tripp, Moxx, Macc, Haislee and Easton; her daughters, Kim Ohme (Mike) and Jennifer "Jay" Kunkel (Todd); and her siblings, Chuck Farley (Marcia), Denny Farley (Lorraine), Nancy Montgomery (Dave), Ed Farley (Pam), Sarah Farley and Roger Farley (Cheryl).
