She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Hanton and Charles Hanton. She is survived by: her son Daniel Steffens; her grandchildren, Katelyn Steffens, Hannah Steffens, Daniel Steffens II and Zachary Steffens; her great grandchildren, Kayden Black, Keegan Black, Addison Silva and Brantley Steffens; and her friend Elvis.
