As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carlito may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his son Christopher; and his grandson Christopher, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Yang; his children, Carlito Yang, Jr. (Glorina) and Claire Concialdi (Antonino); his grandchildren, Jasmine Pabianczyk (Dominik), Janelle Yang, Kyle Angeles, Salvatore Concialdi (Alexzandria) and Antonino Concialdi, Jr.; and his great grandchild Alayia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home (120 W Park Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Santa Maria Del Popolo Church (116 N Lake St, Mundelein, IL 60060).
