She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald E. Houzenga and Dorothy L. Houzenga (Van Vuren); and her sister Brenda Kay Houzenga. She is survived by : her brothers, Keith Houzenga (Vicki) of Fulton, IL and Dale Houzenga (Toni) of Fulton, IL; and her nieces and nephews, Brian Houzenga (Dayell), Stacy Palmer-Knautz (Mike) and Jason Houzenga.

A memorial has been established to Big Meadows Nursing Home.
