She was predeceased by : her parents, Duane Adams and Imogene Branigan (Wolfe). She is survived by : her husband Dr. William D. Youngerman; her siblings, Craig W. Branigan of Ross and Lindsay Branigan Barry of Beaumont, Texas.; her nephews, Kyle, Spencer Branigan and Tyler Barry; her niece Austan Manzer; her great-nephew Beau Branigan; and her great-nieces, Karsynn Manzer and Madeline Barry.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made in her name to the Carle Health Center for Philanthropy.
