He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Harper and H. Alberta Harper (Manning); his son Eric Harper; and his brothers, Malcolm and William Harper.
He is survived by: his significant other Jane Harper; his daughter Tracy Mullins (Mark); his stepson Shawn Robinson (Kim); his brother Duane Harper (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Alex, Madison, Marcus and Riley.
