He was predeceased by: his mother Geneta Honn; his sister Ann Marlow; his wife Martha Honn; his father Waldo Honn; his stepson Cameron Smith; and his daughter-in-law Pam Downing.

He is survived by: his former wife Diane Honn; his children, Joshua Honn, Sara Meyers and Jared Honn; his stepchildren, Aaron Smith, Jasolyn Evans (Doug) and Jacquelyn Sagez (Jared); his grandchildren, Owen Meyers, Ava Meyers, Ethan Evans, Connor Evans, Dylan Evans, Lennox Sagez, Lawson Sagez, Sienna Sagez and Selma Sagez; and his sisters, Mary Jane LeGrand of Ashton, Melinda Honn and Marsha Honn of Arizona.

Memorial donations may be made to the Waldo Honn & Son Scholarship Fund serving his hometown community of Oakland, Illinois.
