She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Yardy; her sisters, Esther, Frances and Isabelle; her daughter Rosalie; her sons-in-law, Anthony Casurella, David Johnson and Dennis Tucker; and her great grandchild Hannah Cruz.
She is survived by: her children, David Yardy (Sherrill), Sharon Hicks (Ron), Pauline Johnson, Robert Yardy (Donna) and Yvonne Gilchrist (Robert). She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and fifty-one great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mattis Avenue Free Methodist Church (1913 S Mattis Ave, Champaign, IL 61821). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
