Phillips of Scales Mound; her children, Kevin Phillips of Stockton and Theresa Pooley of Scales Mound; her grandsons, Koy Matthew Phillips (Kally Jo Canon) of Apple River, Trinity Richard Pooley of Scales Mound and Chance Franklin Pooley of Scales Mound; her siblings, Robert Smith, Raymond Smith and Janet McCabe; and her brother-in-law Blaine Phillips of Loves Park. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
