He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew and Viola; and his brother-in-law Allen Heidenreich. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Jon Schultz (Robin) of Eau Claire, WI, Kirk Schultz (Kristi) of Dubuque, IA, Jason Schultz of Fairhope, AL and Kristin Cutlan (Jon) of Marshfield, WI; his grandchildren, Kyle Schultz, Ryan Schultz, Chase Schultz, Campbell Cutlan, Madeline Cutlan and Emma Cutlan; and his siblings, James Schultz (Jane) of Colorado Springs, CO and Diana Heindenreich of Elizabeth, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory (2424 STATE ROAD 80 # 825, Cuba City, WI 53807). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of plants & flowers, the family suggests contributions in Ron's honor to the Parkinson's Foundation, reflecting his spirit of giving and kindness and his 25-year struggle with Parkinson's Disease.
