Patricia Capritta; his daughter Linda Heisel (Rich); his granddaughter Lauren Heisel (Tiffany Jensen); his great grandchildren, Cynthia and Ayden; his granddaughter Carole Ostrowski (Chris); his great grandchildren, Marilyn, Nathaniel and Jakob; his son Tom (Michele); his grandson Lydell (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Mila and Alana; his grandson Bryan (Linette); his great grandchildren, Grey and Elise; his grandson Kevin (Denene); his great grandchild Luca; his daughter Carole Eidemiller (Randy); his granddaughter Lindsey; his son Lydell (Michelle); his grandson Matt (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Calvin and Owen; his son Patt (Shawne); his grandson Cameron; his great grandchild David (Kellie); his granddaughters, Layna, Cora and Nola; Cordell (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association. The family has chosen to send donations to Alzheimer's Association.
