She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kozel (Florence Kozel) and Betty; her husband Raymond Hlad; and her son Joseph Hlad. She is survived by: her son Raymond Hlad Jr.; and her grandchild Chase Hlad.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home (2000 E Northwest Hwy, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (2501 E Euclid Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
