It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Peter Poncin of Schaumburg, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Poncin and Dorothy Poncin; and his sister Theresa Poncin. He is survived by : his wife Penelope "Penny" Thoma-Poncin; his children, Kerrie Anne Grace (Korzatkowski), Sean Poncin and Charlie Poncin (Jamie Stoneburner); his grandchildren, Gabe, Violet, Chloe, Max, Eliot and Sadie; and his brothers, Bruce Poncin (Lynette) and Edward "Joe" Poncin (Tammy).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services LTD. (330 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60195).
