He was predeceased by: his parents, John Salemi and Marie Salemi; and his brother David Salem. He is survived by: his sons, Brian (Christa) and Kevin (Brooke); his grandchildren, Annabelle, Logan, Dane and Harper; and his wife Carol J. Muzzey.
