He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irwin Novick and Murial Novick (Abramson); his wife Janice Novick (Meshun); his children, Alexandria Zell (Ryan), Zachary Novick (Emily Nunez), Papou, Sophia and Julia Zell; his siblings, Debbie Novick (German Juarez), Daryl Novick (Rita) and Patricia Schassburger (Richard); his siblings-in-law, Georgiane Walls and Wendel Walls; his niece Demetria Walls; and his nephew Alexander Walls. He was also cherished by his family, friends, coworkers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (330 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60195). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the River Valley Memorial Gardens (14N689 S 8th St, West Dundee, IL 60118).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church, Elgin, IL are greatly appreciated.
