He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stephens; his children, Sarah Goode (Josh), David Stephens, Susan Friedlander (Frank), Emily Plunkett (David), Jeffrey Stephens (Paulina) and Timothy Krajewski; his grandchildren, Charles, Francesca, Jackson, Penelope, Henry, Bradley, Olive and Charlotte; his mother Anita Stephens; his siblings, Mary Kusak (Richard), Daniel Stephens (Sharon), Timothy Stephens (Susan) and Mark Stephens (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Marmitt Saunders (Alvin), Barbara Marmitt, Judith Marmitt Warren (Mick) and James Marmitt (Mary).
