She was predeceased by: her son David Stella (Bridget Gunn); her mother Margarita Felix; and her siblings, Andrea Mersch (Ron), Maria Felix, Danny Felix and Mark Felix (Sandy).

She is survived by: her husband Joseph Stella; her daughter Sarah Stella (Matthew Kasunic); her father Paul Felix; her grandchildren, Jerry Stella and Gianna Stella; her sister-in-law MaryAnn Konopacki (Michael); and her sibling's children, Jennifer Felix, Mark Felix Jr. (Laurie), Natalie Maynard (Colin), Brian Felix, Alex Mersch (Kate), Mia Miller (Craig), Santino Donato, Aaron Konopacki (Rachel), Steven Konopacki (Sarah), Michael Konopacki and Kevin Ziemkowski (Colleen).

Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services LTD. (330 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60195). The lying in state was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Hubert Church (729 Grand Canyon St, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
