She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd and Dorothy (Klawonn) of Aurora; and her brother Clayton. She is survived by: her children, Michael, Deborah, Christopher and Todd; her grandchildren, Michael, Nick, Jack, Brandon, Zachary, Natalie, Ismail, Jacob, Elissa, Karina and Kira; and her siblings, Ann Lentz and Douglas McHenry.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (202 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
For that reason, Phyllis desired that any donations go to the American Cancer Society.
