With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Renato Colombo of Schaumburg, Illinois, born in Milan, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Renato find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlo and Celest. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sister-in-law Lisa Perez; his sibling's child Ashley Perez; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Beckham and Landon Perez; and his friend Hinkle Lane.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (1005 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
