It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Gervas of Schaumburg, Illinois, who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Walter Gervas; her parents, Alvie Yecko and Amelia Yecko; and her siblings, Alvie Yecko, Jr. (Helen) and George Yecko (Mary Joan).
She is survived by : her children, Walter Gervas, Jr. and Wynne Fitzgerald (Timothy); and her grandchildren, Casey (Dianna) and Justin Fitzgerald.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to Church of the Holy Spirit.
